How do I move back in with my mom?

Hi I am 11 and I really want to move back in with my mom. The way I got out was because my step-father got high and threaten to kill my father and I was taken by my dad now. I talk to my mother threw the E-Mail, and I told her several times I wanted to move back in with her. She has sever depression but the way she sounds, the way she looks (threw pictures and friends) I can tell she is getting better. I have an order of protection against my step-father but I think I can drop it, right? And my dad said (first I didn't tell him I wanted to move out yet) she would have to go threw court JUST to see me. And I don't want to see my dad truly I don't love him it may seem cruel but after what he did to my mother (I didn't and won't tell you) I can't get over it! Thanks sooooo much!
