Can I sue this Dr. for Medical Malpractice?

there was no such "medical malpractice" that happened here, refusing service because he thinks theres nothing he (the doctor) can do is not medical malpractice. panic attacks itself are not life threatening but maybe starting with the idea STATING he has a heart condition might have helped your situation with the doctor. also, if there is a medication going on he needs to take it up with his PCP
