Can a tb skin test cause fever and nausea?

I got a TB skin test 2 days ago. I go in today to have it read. I have not had any reaction at all as far as my skin is concerned. However, 24 hours into the test I conveniently got a fever that is off and on and I have been experiencing nausea as well. I guess I'm wondering if they could be related? I very rarely get sick and I can't think of anything I would have done that would have caused such sever symptoms so quickly. Any thoughts?
