House movement after 3 earthquakes read please?

So in September febuary and almost 2 weeks ago we had 3 major quakes 7.1 6.3 and another 6.3 after our land being really weak and living in the "red zone" we have to move out and make our decision in 9 months but the one thin we need help with is where our country is built because of a fault line pretty much Half of the country's in the ring of fire and the other isn't but we Need to know a safe country away from quakes as we've have 3 too many and over 7,000 aftershocks the government has paid us out to go where ever and the problems is that eddy city here there's a fault line band smack in the middle of it (new Zealand) I have thoughts of Idaho Boise dad Melbourne australia and sister and mum have no idea what they want please help us as we want to move to the best place possible for the future thanks for reading all this.
