I have been diagnosed with the following?

i have been trying to get social security disabilities and veterans benefits the veterans adminstration been telling me was arthritis been in pain for over 10 years the va finally gave me a ekg and nvc test they found that i have got the following peripheral neuropathy, cronic and acute which i believe is agent orange since i was stationed in thiland in 72-73 and they used it i believe it could be from the water supply when i took showers and drank water. ive got cervical leveles C5 c6 C6-C8 and lumber leveles L4-L5L5-S1 sever bone spurs in my spine arthritis in spine and bone spurs in C4-C6 joints i am starting to go to pt 3 days a week doctor thinks my spine can heal i am 59 years old have this for over 10 years doctor gave me a note saying cant work to mid sept if not heald again will give me permant letter saying i cant work if this has been going on over 10 years how can this heal in 3 months been trying to get social security since 2006 they keep on teling me i can work besides this i have carpel tunnel and nerve damage in both arms colecting some va benifits but not much to live on less than 1000 a month any sugestings i had to move to the philippians to live lawyers i contacted wont call me even thou they are making more money than me where they can call what can i do
