Should I do a counter copyright notification on Cartoon Network?

So I have two copyright strikes on youtube because of cartoon network. The first one was reasonable (Ed, Edd, n Eddy episodes). But then the second one, I think is wrong. I uploaded a gameplay/playthrough of Ed, Edd, n Eddy to the edstreme game on Cartoon Network's website. And I'm afraid I'm going to get sued. And I don't want to lose my account, because I've had it since I was a little kid. So, should I counter notify Cartoon Network?
