Am I pregnant or is something seriously wrong?

woke up last night to some powerful hunger pains that made me feel naucious. I wasn't able to sleep for about an hour or two due to these pains. When I woke up and as the day continued the hunger continued, in addition to fatigue and a bit of sweating. I also have a pretty sever headache that puts pressure in my head, especially when i bend over. I been having sinous infections throughout this past year, one of which I am just now getting over. .....I have already gotten my thyroid levels and blood tested and there are no problems, i am sexually active but my period isnt due for another week. Is this all from my sinous infection, or is it something else?
