Would you find this unreasonable?

Mother is a (fill in the blank) and Father should have custody. The only way I see Mother as being correct is that if Father is a druggie or something along those lines, but scine the Literm seems to like Father and judging by this story, Father seems to be a good person, where as Mother seems to be a little psycho... Father should have contact with his daughter anf be able to love her all he wants. Mother needs to get over it and Literm needs to turn custody over to Father since Mother is found guilty on 40+ charges, whatever they may be.
